Target List
****************************************************
Target:
OM.NL
Reason:
Dutch police arrested a 16 year old boy for ddos using a botnet and put him in current custody for 13 days, he now risks a maximum punishment of 6 years for his supposed crime. He was supporting Operationpayback when he was caught and this has angerd many anonymous followers. Thats why some now claim they should be a target.
Comments:
Even if it will show our anger, it will hardly help the boy or Wikileaks spending resources on attacking them, but if the hive decids to we will do it, rest assure!
****************************************************
Target:
Moneybookers.com
Reason:
Just like Paypal they decided to fold under political and corporative (is there a difference) pressure and blocked wikileaks funds. They where actually the first company to do this so they really deserve a heavy ddose of free speech.
Comments:
Moneybookers have been under attack, but when the hive was partly down so it was probably not as effective as a combined and hive controlled attack would be. They are still a very possible future target.
****************************************************
Target:
US SENATE Website
Joe Lieberman etc
Reason:
A leading US senator suggested that the New York Times and other news organisations publishing the US embassy cables being released by WikiLeaks could be investigated for breaking American espionage laws. Joe Lieberman, the chair of the Senate homeland security committee, told Fox News: “To me the New York Times has committed at least an act of, at best, bad citizenship, but whether they have committed a crime is a matter of discussion for the justice department.” Lieberman also said that the department of justice should indict Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, under the 1917 Espionage Act and try to extradite him from the UK.
Comments:
Joe Lieberman’s senate website was succesfully attacked and kept down for several hours. This shows that even www.senate.gov would be easy till kill.
With the current size of the hive this would be an easy target and would send the right signals. But could also make Sarah Palin lie more about the supposed cyberttacks she never experienced, that opportunistic bitch. Lieberman is defenitely a valid target and should be dealt with.
****************************************************
Target:
TABLEAU
Reason:
Tableau, the Seattle-based data visualization company that had been hosting Wikileaks charts showing different visualizations of the State Department cables , is saying this afternoon that it took down the charts at Senator Joe Lieberman’s request:
Comments:
This is a top priority target. Folding under a politicians unmoral demands is worse then cencoring.
****************************************************
Target:
VISA
Reason:
Visa, the huge credit card company, has after political pressure suspended payments to WikiLeaks.
Comments:
An attack on visa.com and www.visa.com was successfull and can be repeated at any time.
Objective for next attack will be the more important payment service servers. This should be prioritized!
Mor intel on the exact servers and IP’s is wanted by the collective.
****************************************************
Target:
MASTERCARD
Reason:
Mastercard, the huge credit card company, has after political pressure suspended payments to WikiLeaks.
Comments:
The recent attack on www.mastercard.com was a success. The website was completely unoperational for the whole lenght of the attack.
Rumours say that hackers used the opportunity to extract vital account and card holder details and campaigns about the urgency to cancel your mastercard are widely spread.
Mastercard is so easy to hold down there are talks about repeating the attacks. When the hive is large enough a permanenet denial of service would be apropriate.
****************************************************
Target:
PAYPAL
Reason:
Visa’s decision to block wikileaks funds followed an announcement by the online payment company PayPal Inc. that it had ended ties with WikiLeaks.
Comments:
Allthough being one of the main sources of income for wikileaks they decided to stop people from donating more. It should be mentioned that paypal actually gave wikileaks all its current funds when the hive attacks started on mastercard and visa. It is argued that this does not change the fact that they are still denying more donations for wikileaks and should still be a target. Paypal is a low priority target as in the public eyes they “folded under the pressure of the cyber attacks”. Wich sends the right signals. Attacking them again would ruin this small advantage in some peoples opinion.
EBAY
Comments:
Ebay is owned by Paypal and might be an easier target then Paypal. This remains to see. Opinions differ.
****************************************************
Target:
AMAZON
Reason:
Amazon pulled the WikiLeaks site from its servers after political pressure from Joe Lieberman, chairman of the Senate homeland security committee.
Comments:
Not yet under attack as the HIVE is not big enough to take down their massive resources. Please recruit more people!
